I filled for bankruptcy in 05 and was discharged late 05. Now I found I owe back taxes?

Ron I asked: They have a bankruptcy or-in-compromise.Now do I stay in bankruptcy for 7 years or is it when it is dicharged? I owe this when I went into bakruptcy.
