I have a consultation with a lawyer tomorrow, over filing bankruptcy (chapter 7). What kind of questions will he ask me? Is he going to ask me about things I own (that could possibly be taken from me)? Will he ask anything about what was bought w/the credit to cause me to go in debt? I’d like to be prepared…thanks
