I had a small business in Ca. for 10 years. Accumulated debt along with personal debt, I have decided to file for BK. I now live in AZ., do I need to attain a CA. attorney or can I still do it all here through mail with an AZ attorney?

  1. Generally you need to live in the new state for 6 months to establish residency. call a BK attorney in AZ for more help.
