Check with the attorney that filed for you…you need to be sure you included it in the BK, if you did not include it, it would not have been discharged…I think.
The second answer is correct..you can’t discharge taxes..call IRS and work out a payment plan..sorry forgot the tax thing.

sorry been there done that, you cannot include taxes owed to gov. in bankruptcy. the taxes must be paid. wow, you must have alot of interest piled on now. Contact irs immediately to work out payment plan. GOODLUCK!
