In the letter you should also request they refrain from further recovery action until they have provided you with everything you are asking for Keep a copies of all correspondence I work at CAB and we are seeing loads of these just lately

We ended up setting up an agreement with them for around 50 pounds on a set day of the month. But, nothing! no more letters or calls, no money has gone out yet, its been about 5 months now, we think its because they set things up it looks like they thought they resolved it.
