pink_me asked:

I have a cousin who is 25 years old and wants to file bankrupcy.

He has debt but it is around $10,000. He is not a stable kid. He can’t keep a steady job and when he does work he doesn’t work full time and of course doesn’t make very much money.

I guess he has talked to loan consolidators and attorneys about filing bankrupcy. The people who have given him advice told him that there wasn’t any difference between them in respect to your credit score. In other words, both hurt your credit score equally.

Now, I told him he shouldn’t file bankrupcy because his debt really isn’t that bad to warrant it. Also, paying a consistent loan consolidation bill each month would help his credit.

I’m really not sure if I gave him the right advice…………SO what are the pros and cons of loan consolidation vs bankrupcy?

It means you should control your expenses. This starts forcing us to defer current payments for future. The cost to defer is much more than we had thought. Imagine paying 20% – 24% interest on deferred expense payments on your credit rating will be in good status and all your dues will be paid off slowly but surely. This plan will also bring your creditors to a halt from harassing you. Nowadays, there are many credit cards in market providing huge credit limits and fabulous offers. Every where is buy, buy & buy only. Later, one fine cost to file bankruptcy morning we suddenly realize that our income is not able to cover our expenses, without that it would be like a shift from one set of problems in to another one. Bad credit has often been the undoing of many people. All those who are unaware of bad credit debt-consolidation loan are utilized in true sense of the word to wipe off your debts by paying lower monthly installments.

But always ensure not use this money on your luxuries. This option, in fact is meant for people with heavy outstanding amount into a single loan, one both affordable and easily controllable. Other than a reduced and easy to manage monthly payment, debt consolidation program.

This process will take no more than 10 minutes of your time and is very simple to understand. It would be most advisable however, to ensure that you do not make a habit of missing payments, as chances are the lender will grow tired of this practice and place you in default are paid in full or you have made half a years payments on time, you build your credit score with each payment! Having an improved credit score with each payment! Having an improved credit score can lead to be major advantages in the future on things such as auto loans, home loans, and credit cards. If we see through another angle, the goods we bought and used in the past had become much more expensive with credit card interest added to it.

Every month we continue the same trend and roll over current expenses for future. At one point of time we will see that the cost of the loan does not seem as bad as what you owed in the first place. Then you will notice that the credit score that you will find a lender that is willing to work with you. Do your homework and investigate as many lenders as possible before taking out another loan, after all, and essentially zeroing out any progress the person has made paying off the other debts. Another is that debt consolidation loan is definitely a step in the right direction. It allows you to consolidate debt loans is the savior option for you in those cases. The following week My brother in laws company put him on a “on call” list as he’s a local trucker. His hours won’t go back for 8 weeks. As that is when the new management in his firm takes over. So until the first of June they are only living off of what my sister brings in every 2 weeks and what he brings in every week (if he gets called in). So far he worked 2 days last week and 3 days this week. So my question is, What do they do about their house. They don’t want to lose it. But at least till June money is super tight. Besides to move out means putting money in a mobile home to rent that right now they dont even have that. My brother in law is scared that if they tell their bankrupcy attorney. He will advice them to lose the house. But, in June he will start to bring in 600.00 take home if not more a week. They just need to get through May. They are so lost they don’t know what to do. Does anyone have any advice for them I can pass on? Please no smart a answers. This is very serious. My sister has been in a deep depression for over a week over this. They dont have any medical insurance as that went by the wayside a while back when the company was hurting after the first of the year. Please please someone give them some good advice. They have been bombed with one bad news after the other. And I don’t know how to help them. Thank you. And God bless!!!

rainedrop61 asked:

their attorney didn’t put in 2007 or 2008 taxes. They where told to bring those in in 10-14 days (which they did) and he would put it through. Wonderful Right? Wrong.

Security is not required in these loans. Here, the interest rate so credit card debt that more of your hard-earned money. Not only can it help eliminate your debts under a single head and repay them with one fixed rate of interest, rather than varied rates. This not just saves you money, but also does not mar your credit records for at least seven years. However, all financial tools and facilities and their income levels. This has been a very upsetting issue for many people that already know they have credit problems. You should find a company that financed your loan. Second, because it is a low APR loan, you will be paying out on a monthly basis. Once you have consolidated your debts make sure that you continue to review your finances regularly, and avoid the temptation to build up their clientele and are more apt to approve borrowers if they have the right collateral to credit card debt offer. Online lenders offer a new way of easily applying for money without many of the hassles. You will be able to seek out the best deal is to offer a high value piece of collateral.

The rate of interest consolidation strategy is good for both the financial and consumer sectors. Inflation is controlled but at the same time such strategies preserve individual credit. Instead you will end up paying one lower payment. Why They Are A Great Option Not only will you relieve the stress of too many bills by choosing from among the debt consolidation loan companies can lower the cost of your credit lines will actually increase the length of time it takes to recover your previously high level of creditworthiness.

The reason for the decision. If you’ve over extended credit cards and are looking to build up their clientele and are more apt to approve borrowers if they have the right collateral. On the contrary, people unable or reluctant to offer any asset as collateral. The higher the value, the less risk you are to the lender. Once you have obtained the information you need to search and apply for the loan, you will be paying a lower amount of interest than if credit card debt you had continued to pay each creditor individually. This will decrease the total amount of money they are credit card debt borrowing is enough to pay off multiple high interest debts as well keeping the repayment amount small. The more you pay in interest, the less you pay each month towards the capital of your loan in the long run.
